We provide unbiased guidance when it comes to decision making based on our knowledge and experience, and pride ourselves in being innovative when it comes to problem solving and logistics. Jovic has project managed countless new build residential projects over the years. These range from exclusive housing developments of 3-4 large family homes, to one-off luxurious 5+ bedroom homes. We have worked with all varying types of construction methods such as timber frame, steel and brick, and have experience of working alongside engineers and on logistically challenging blocks.
Many years of practical work on site, teamed with managerial, quality assurance and inspection experience, provides the perfect resume to understand the building process inside and out. We manage each project with a pragmatic, realistic approach, where communication is key and transparent throughout. The process of building is not a fine art, it is about assessing situations and making educated decisions to achieve the best outcome. Choosing the cheapest option does not always have the best outcome, but we pride ourselves in finding the most cost effective ways of working. Also expecting no issues to arise on a building site is unrealistic, but we strive for as close to perfection as we can.
